Comments:
Worst app ever used. Order placed 5 days ago. And they haven't packed the order till now. They sent fake sms saying your order is dispatched. Whereas on real time courier tracking says, package is not ready for pick up.
First time I am using this application. Usability is good. Hope the process will be seamless only if we opt to purchase with prescription. If no prescription, I think the process will start after a doctor's call. But in my case no one called me, my order was declined. Next time with prescription, process went smooth and got the delivery before the promised date.
Poor app. I was unable to place order even after uploading prescription. Though, medicines availability & price both are better than other apps.
Poor Service and Support 4 days after placing my order I get a call saying that items are out of stock. However on the previous day I called to enquire about my order and was informed that the order is packed by the pharmacist and will be despatched tomorrow. If these were ordinary good it's understandable. You are dealing with medicines and hence can't be so careless.
Terriable experience with this app . They're printing & charging extra amount on the shipping lable more than the billing amount . Any excess amount they receive , they do not refund even inform to their enquiry . Every time they change the billing amount after submit order . They also send old MRP medicine but charged new MRP ."
