I keep getting logged out. The information is very useful for first time mum's but I've had to re-sign in multiple times a day. I created a login x3 on set up before it worked successfully. As of yesterday, I've been logged out & my credentials are not accepted. I've only had this app a week or so. Update: I reset password to regain access. Upon sign in it prompted me to sync my account data from a previous device. Unless I've been hacked & they changed the password, this error is not true
This app is actually a comprehensive source of useful information, and especially helpful for new parents learning to adapt their lives and relationship to parenthood. It has great features like mini video training courses and Ask a question (skip Google and use this). Although the interface doesn't show case the features and information well, and without any notifications it's easy to forget to go back to the app as baby grows.. Developers please add notifications and review the menu layout.
I have tried this app before and I can not get past the page, where you have to input your information. It keeps telling me my password isn't right and it needs to be at least 8 characters long with special characters. I have done every password i use and changed it around, but with nothing. I tried this app before and i once got passed this and it wouldn't sign me up at all and kept saying error. This app looks brilliant but I can not use it nor recommend it till all bugs have delt with.
Loved the app at the beginning when tracking my pregnancy, however in the recent months I have had numerous problems with the app where it wont let me log in. Its telling me my email or password is wrong, despite multiple password changes it's still not working. Deleting the app and reinstalling it also doesnt work. I have attempted to make a new account but it tells me my email is already in use, I am therefore unable to use the app which is a shame as it's a really good app to use.
Can't even register. Won't progress past page when you put in baby's name and dad's name. No next button. Deleted and installed again but still won't do it. Followed the advice below and nothing has changed. Still doesn't work. Loads of reviews have had the same issue and had the same standard response. How many glitches does one app have? Dont bother wasting your time with downloading."
