1. Via Google Play or the App Store, download and install the application.

How to Restore Content to a New Mobile Phone
A new iPhone or Android phone can easily be updated with synchronized content and have access to it. Make sure your cloud content is current before you begin.
Be aware that adding a lot of stuff may delay the initial sync to a new phone. Also, to save wireless data and connect your phone to a charger, connect to Wi-Fi®.
1. Get the AT&T Personal Cloud app from Google Play or App Store.
2. On your new phone, open it.
3. Select the backup content types.
4. Use your login name and password to log in.
5. Go to Content Restore by clicking the Settings Gear icon, followed by Tools.
6. Choose the cloud content you want to sync with your new phone.
Can I Disable AT&T Cloud?
You can disable AT&T Personal Cloud for postpaid customers by logging into your myAT&T account and doing so, or you can call AT&T Help at 1-800-331-0500 or 611 from your wireless device.

Based on your current AT&T pricing plan, standard text, and multimedia message rates apply to RCS messages.
You won’t be charged for Advanced Messaging if your plan includes unlimited text messaging. There is a separate fee for each RCS chat, message, and attachment.
