Its a 3 stage process !

1. Pre-Consultation
You just fill getting to know you sheet so i can understand your existing food and workout routine. Let me know your expectations from the program and then we are ready to schedule your first appointment.

2. Consultation Stage
You start off with an hour first meeting where we combine & understand the patterns and then alter meals & exercise plans. We can connect through WhatsApp, phone and email support throughout for all the queries.

3. Post-Consultation Stage
Maintaining a life long relation and summarizing all learning we can plan further.
