By spending just 30-minutes a day, thrice a week for 9-weeks, novice runners can get into the stride for a 5K run - our tribute to Josh Clark’s extraordinary C25K program. Experienced or advanced runners can select a 12-week running program that trains you to run non-stop for 65 minutes, or the equivalent of a 10K run.

The 5 kilometre program is structured in a way, that a beginner can go the distance in just 9 weeks, by running thrice a week. The 10 kilometre mark can be achieved by running thrice a week for 12 weeks.
