The "Sou Eco" application is a technology that aims to provide the population with an easy and quick channel to report environmental infractions and crimes, collaborating with the work of Organs inspection agencies. The application allows you to make anonymous and registered complaints. In the anonymous report there is no need to identify the user, just enter the location of the infraction or environmental crime, whether in an urban or rural area, inform the type of report and its description, in addition to adding an image. In the case of registered complaints, the complainant must additionally inform his personal data: name, e-mail and telephone. With the sending of the message, either in anonymous or registered mode, the TCE-AM will be notified for appropriate measures.
