Very bad for the past few months. Unable to open. It gives message it's crashing and contact customer care. I sent email also. Feel Very sorry to have paid subscription to this app.

I commend what Insync is doing for Indian Classical Music hence I bought the subscription as a note of appreciation. However, the app's user experience needs much improvement: Most glaring omission: The inability to listen to the music with the app minimized and or the phone screen off. Classical music is something I can listen to for hours - but I can't be expected to stay on the same screen on my phone, without using it for anything else or without keeping the phone locked/screen off to save battery. All other rough edges are still tolerable. But the above one is not for a music app, that too a classical music app. My humble suggestion: Please use youtube to host the live stream... much more robust and familiar. The youtube stream can be embedded on your app, website, social pages, etc. You can always limit access to only those who have subscribed. This will make it much more easier to cast the video while enjoying the stability and UX of youtube. No need to reinvent the wheel. Thanks.

Purchased for 1 year..but can't watch live TV. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM GOING ON?

LIVE TV DOESN'T WORK I downloaded this app mainly for tuning to live tv but after purchasing this app the live app doesn't stream at all. The app interface is very bad. It should be removed from downloading altogether"
