Use UptoPlay to play online the game MyFHAppointment.
MyFHAppointment is application for Fraser Health outpatients to register, view and manage their medical appointments on their mobile phones. When an appointment is scheduled, a hospital code and PIN code will be sent via text message along with directions of how to play online and register.
The MyFHAppointment application has been implemented by Fraser Health as part of our commitment to patient and provider health and safety. The application will benefit outpatient safety and experience by:

App no longer operational so why is it still in the store. No warning of it ending and you have to click the developer website to see it was disabled in November 21. Biggest issue I see is lack of communication both with the hospital staff not remembering to use it and no updates to the public regarding it's use and subsequent deactivation.
Can not install. Just keep saying pending. Tried many times but not working. Frustrating. When asking me to confirm my appointment by using the app but don't let install the app.
Will not install on my Samsung S7. Times out. Rebooted phone but install still times out. Tried 4 times. I give up.
App doesn't work. It gave me a creapy white page saying Not Found and froze my phone for a while. I had to delete the app once I was able to unfreeze it. Horrible app... DO NOT INSTALL IT!!!
