ANDROID USERS!!! Change you screen resolution!! If you are only seeing half a screen or a black screen change your display setting to no higher than FHD+ which is 1080. It workes fine after that. A bit annoying but at least I could read the lessons. On Note 20 ultra.
Clunky interface, that is not responsive and occasionally freezes. Why does my screen have to turn side ways also?! That means that I have to watch a bland PowerPoint presentation where the instructor talks 20 minutes between slides. It would've be fantastic, if you could use the split screen option, or even adjust the speed of the videos. Fix the gremlins in this app and it could be a good app.
`after reading the reviews I decided to check out about the app before installing it. the developer tells you that you have to use an android device and allow certain permissions before opening it.one was full"internet access"I didn't try to submit any answers.i just watched a video, however it was interactive,and my selections all worked. so, if you tap read more in the play store app page. scroll all the way Down.hit learn more.it told me exactly how to allow permissions for my phone. hope helps`,I also am not big on the black void of nothingness. It is a total waste as I need it but it doesn't work. Having contacted Articulate customer service on line, they say they will fix the app sometime and tried to give me other ways to get it to work. Unfortunately, their customer support ideas work as well as this app. I do wish there was a way to give negative stars.
I was assigned a course that I needed to take for work. It fails in Chrome, IE, Edge, and Firefox on Windows 10. I opened it on my Android phone, in frustration. Magic... it wanted to launch Articulate. I couldn't see the content because it was too small, so I installed Articulate on my Chromebook. I can open Articulate manually, but there's no place to put my link, and clicking in Chrome doesn't open Articulate."
