After enrolling for a course, made the payment and if you forget the password..... can CDC provide more user-friendly support, like an email or a working reset password feature? Reset password is not the same as change password. For the earlier, it is needed when you cannot remember your old password.
Apps always crash every time I want to log in. And slow at the same time. Even the website is not helpful. Useless app. Luckily only for temporary I'll be using this app. I wanted to cancel my practical on time but due to the app inefficiency, i can't get a refund coz it was already too late.
There is now a captcha for booking of a class. So each time you try booking to search for an available slot, you have to key in the captcha. Classes are already difficult to get, how will this improve things? Not like we will get a notification of a available slots. People are working or studying all day, cant afford to be typing in captchas every minute.
Cumbersome app with poor man backend servers. It struggles to authenticates students login and handles practical lesson during time slot rele. Please upgrade your backend server to handle more users connection during time slots release. Either that or overhaul the system altogether to make it fair for students to book time slot, not brute force login and booking like an anarchist. Update: captcha always wrong when booking practical test. How can this pass QC
`It prompts me to update the app as the version is outdated. After clicking update, it still drives me back to "Open" or "Uninstall" the app. It doesn't help either after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again.
