This app is always buggy. They gave school directions to give to parents to play online V2 There is no V2. Also, login credentials only work half the time (like when you're at home, but of course not while you are actually at school drop-off. It offers biometric login but nothing happens. Oh and customer service is only open until 3pm PT.
This app is fine. I was worried about all the negative reviews and authentication issues. Once I got biometric log in set up it has been a breeze to login every morning. My only complaint is the work flow is clunky for the same action on multiple children and subsequently showing the validations. I've resorted to screenshots, but that shouldn't be necessary.
This app is just as horrible as the website, completely not user-friendly. This app is so hard to edit, upload or add anything. Why can't I edit the picture or upload documents? What the point of the buttons on the app if they don't work? I have had to upload any documents from my laptop but still have not been able to add a student picture.
The idea of this app is great. We have a place to enter kids COVID status each morning. But execution is awful. It hangs, gives repeated server errors, and then finally times out. I have spent 37 min trying to enter today's form, and still have only one kid submitted!
Poor, confusing UI, login is never saved. TL;DR hot garbage. The icing on the cake is that their response to every low-star review is for you to waste your time calling them -- actually call them, not email, not text, not chat -- instead of them actually testing and debugging their app.'
