Play this online game named Mind Your Mood.

Mind Your Mood is an application to help you take charge of your depressive illness. Used daily, it can be a great help in managing your condition and, also, reminding you of the achievements you have made and the progress you are making. Designed and programmed by a developer with many years of experience - both with software and Major Depression! Use mindfulness - maintain Thought Records and Mood Ratings, challenge those thoughts that have a negative impact on your feelings of well-being and view your progress over time. Record your Achievements - no achievement is too small, remind yourself of the positive things you have achieved in your life. Formulate a Safety Plan - find resources on Anger, Anxiety and Suicidal Thoughts. Records the ways to stop yourself acting on those darker thoughts, identify the warning signs, work out what methods of coping to employ, how you can keep yourself calm, what things you can tell yourself (both text and spoken word) to bolster your self-image, note what others can do to help you, who your contacts should be and where your places of safety are. Create 'Calm Cards' - short, at-a-glance cards that can help you to cope in different situations. Detail Activities daily, over the course of the current week, in 2 hour 'slots'. Rate the sense of Achievement, whether it has brought you closer to someone in your life, and the pleasure that activity brings. Formulate a Treatment Plan - record the medication you take, and set reminders for when you should take it. Utilise a Structured Plan to identify items in various categories, and how you intend to deal with them. Your Structured Plan contains categories such as Feelings, Reactions, Attitudes, Health, Fantasies and Relationships. Problem Solving - MYM contains a very useful problem solving function that allows you to break down a problem into smaller steps. For each of these steps, generate ideas on how you might deal with that step and note down their pros and cons. Review your problem and select those ideas which you feel will most likely help to resolve a step, until the problem is solved. Create positive Affirmations - write down your positive affirmations and mantras you can tell yourself daily to help keep you balanced. Create an album of photos and imagery that make you feel positive. Create playlists, and add music tracks to them, that keep you feeling upbeat. MYM comes complete with resources on Medication, related medical Conditions and Strategies to help you cope. You also have the option to use the MYM Appointment Planner for visits to your GP or other medical professionals. Note down questions you would like to ask at your appointment so you don't forget, and note the answers given. MYM also contains a daily Summary of various elements within the app and a comprehensive Help system. MYM does not contain any advertisements or in-app purchases, and your private information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere by the app, therefore there is no need for a log-in screen.
