I requested a ride for later 3 times, no taxi was available. My rides get cancelled, and it seems that no matter what time i call, there is never a taxi available and this has been going on for about for about 6 weeks. At this point i feel like i've been blacklisted by new day and i don't know for what.
I've been using new day since the 90's. They're amazing and polite all the time. They're on time all the time. They best uber prices all the time. Glad they have an app.
Liked the old app better than this one. When I enter my address it changes the address. So annoying.
It's a pretty good service, i have using the service for more than 10 years, reasonable rates.
I live this app but for some reason the map part is blacked out I can't see anything after I even uninstall and installed it back"
