Easy to use. Very easy to navigate this app. No problems with it being glitchy or with finding anything. Well put together. Wouldn't change a thing. I love all the great products which are available to me. So helpful. I'm disabled, with fibromyalgia. Having a Fitbit through here is encouraging me to do more, especially with also having Silver Sneakers. At this point, I wouldn't change from Humana at all
I just installed it for the first time and it works great, just switched to Humana in Jan and they're great. The only thing I don't like is that it logs me out after a few minutes of inactivity. It needs to stay open and active until i choose to log out. My banking app, email apps and others remain open and active Typing in my password every time is a pain in the butt.
Frustrating. Stop changing things. I also had to call to cancel an order because there is no way to do that from the app and, guess what? I was told it was cancelled but im charged for it anyway. Disorganized to say the least. I have had to call every time i use any humana app, because they are all dysfunctional. Update. Just made my second order and once again for some reason it has doubled my order. The benefit is great but this app sucks!!
No problem with App you don't have anything I need or want. I switched to this for the $100 benefit. I rather had stayed with the other insurance with the $50 I had better option and I got to shop at Walmart with name brand items not generic. I'm real disappointed. There's nothing nothing nothing!!! I don't think I will be keeping this insurance so far. Haven't used my eye and dental yet. Hope I don't be disappointed with that too. Pay too much money. It also didn't give me my total for my OTC
Well at first I had a Time logging in but I had to call and actually got that taken care of which I'm so thankful. The app is awesome the pages load quickly very easy to order what you need. The items are easy to read. Definitely recommend."
