Just purchased a subscription, and installed the app. None of the songs will load. It seems to freeze permanently when trying to stream a track. Many other reviews mention this issue. I tried and failed on multiple devices. The app hasn't been updated in quite some time! C'mon BPM Supreme! Treat your customers better!
Everything the app offers is fantastic, whoever thought of all the great features should get a raise, however the app is completely broken. You can only listen to music when your screen is on and have bpms supreme open. It's either extreeeemley slow and sometimes your music will just never load. The app is also really basic looking but it's easy to navigate around. Overall I love everything included but your software engineers need an update.
The app is pretty useful for browsing and adding music to my crate to play online to my computer later. A lot of bugs and freezing issues seem to have been fixed since its initial release, but the HQ Stream button doesn't seem to be working for me. I've tried reinstalling the app, but the quality of streamed tracks still sounds noticeably lower than it should be. In the Crate section, the Play and Remove icons are right next to each other, so I'll often find myself almost accidentally removing a track instead of listening to it. It'd be nice if clicking the name of the track would make it play, rather than needing to use the icon (which seems to be how it is in the rest of the app) If those issues are fixed, I could definitely see myself using it as one of my main music apps.
Great App! i love having access to my dj pool anywhere! only complant is that I sometimes have issues with the streaming. it will play just fine for a song or 2, then it just stops. Internet connection will be the same but it just stops. I have to close and reopen the app to get it to play again. I mainly use the app to add music to my crates, so the streaming is a bonus. Keep up the good work!
update: this app when is first came out was awesome. Then for some reason, it was constantly crashing. Pretty much useless. It seem like this last update has fix. Thank you Jesus. I'm back in love with this app. Great work guys. Keep it up This app is a game changer. No longer do I have to be on the browser on my phone, which by the way worked good as well, or on a computer looking for songs. The app is awesome. I'm able to find songs, create playlist, and add to my crate. Well done."
