You will be able to see and hear each other so that your coach can guide you through your LIFT session.

LIFT session app
The LIFT session app enables you to follow your Fitness Journey and to book classes and share your achievements on social media. You will also be able to configure your profile, and see past session stats.

Live LIFT sessions take place on the browser of your laptop.
