Find it very responsive and the queries/complains are acknowledged quite early and the whole process is very user friendly. Great initiative by up govt.
It's a very helpful. The issues can not only be registered easily but are also getting resolved in a quick time Highly recommended.
Not able to registration process, janpad column has no option for selection please improve
Hardly anyone check for the registered issues. We are having a situation of winding up the company but cannot find where to get loan for our MSME unit under the COVID Emergency scheme. Better to remove the app from here. This is just to show off the records of the government.'
