DESCRIPTION

Play this online game named RiverBuddy.

When you're off paddling for the day, it's important to know what the latest water levels are on your river of choice! Now, with RiverBuddy, you can easily check out up to date information whilst you're en route. Using the Rainchasers API, RiverBuddy gives you access to the following information on over 500 rivers in the UK:

- River Sections
- Grade
- Length
- Description
- Put in and Take Out Points and directions to them.
- Latest river level and time it was last updated.
- River levels over the last 7 days.
- Useful comments from other paddlers.
- Works offline (For those times when you don't have signal.)

Other Features:

- Ability to comment on rivers via the app
- Leaderboards: Earn points when you mark a river as paddled and work your way up the rankings.

*Please note that the river conditions displayed in the application may not accurately reflect real river conditions and so care and best judgement should always be used when attempting to access and paddle a river.

Updates:

- Background sync - Water levels and river info now update automatically, every 12 hours. You can still use the manual re-sync button in between
- Ability to add rivers to your favourites from the river details screen
