But that is now over! Megasound Beta is easily and intuitively to adjust specific sounds for all your apps. So you can already know by hearing which notification was playing the sound.
Important:
The app takes soundcontroll of incoming notifications. However, this is necessary to allow the notification acces under "settings -> "Security" -> "notification access." Otherwise, the app does not work properly!

This app is so useful for what it is. However, there is one issue which I believe is a bug that needs fixing. Very rarely, this app will mute my notification audio completely which I have to manually change it back. This has happened to me maybe 4 times in 2 weeks, and even though this isn't harming my phone, it's the only negative thing I have for this app's current version.
Crashes constantly and mutes notifications. Dreams a ridiculous amount of battery. Might as well have your phone on silent with this app. No support for it at all.
Would be amazing app. This app causes volume to go to silent randomly. Caused hours of trouble shooting!!!
Nice idea, but does not work as default plays no matter what. When this leaves beta version and works it will be brilliant.
It did not work and now the notifications for the app I needed is not working at all. Even after I deleted the megasound app. So I am worse off than when I started'
