I have tried to order from the Mart on this app the last 2 days and it is extremely frustrating. I choose the items I want and scroll down and the last item displayed are Eco garbage bags. It does not go any further down. There is no button for checkout/order. I dont see any way to contact customer service or get feedback within the app. Is this app only functional in SL and not outside the country???
Cons: - The app was obviously rushed due to the crisis and so is undeniably weak and full of bugs and so can crash a LOT. - Due to (presumably) system/other complications we got our items 4-5 days after making the order. - No option to search for items, everything is done manually. - Delivery charge is excessive Pros: - No need to rely on Keells and others - Appreciate the initiative as it provides another avenue to get essentials delivered during these tough times Ruling: Annoying but useful
They are offering a very valuable and reliable service during the pandemic. They obviously didn't have time to release a polished app, but it works, and they are constantly improving it. One item was missing in the delivery, but it was refunded the same day. Highly appreciate their service.
I really like the service, I have ordered a couple of times, I have not been disappointed. They speak to the customer really well, really impressed! However one friendly suggestion: I received like 10 messages say the goods will be delivered today. One is more than enough. I think it should be a system glitch-save up on the cost of those messages guys.
Good app to order groceries, they diliver to dehiwela as well. Was able to order some essential items like sugar, milk powder, flour and buscuits
