The purpose of this tool is to assist you to take 5 steps to assess your task and any hazards associated with the task:
\tStop and observe the scene
\tThink about what you are trying to achieve
\tIdentify any hazards
\tPlan a safe course of action
\tSafely complete the task

\tEnforced controls to identified hazards
\tAutomated e-mails to yourself, your supervisor and Health and Safety representatives

How it works:
1) Choose Begin to start Take 5 process; fill in your full name, description of task and locations of task and push Start
2) Save relevant e-mail addresses in the Settings tab to receive automated e-mails
3) Review your saved tasks in Save Take 5 tab
