i would like to say that service is good in a town like dibrugarh. the delivery executives are quite professional. will be very happy if you try to deliver the order within 30mins. and please please put dominos in your app. they do not deliver in areas like boiragimoth. so this is a request from many customers. otherwise the service is good.
Very unproffessional handling of our order. There was no confirmation first if the order was placed. The order was placed around 8:43 pm tonight. There was no news on if our order was confirmed or not after that no sms confirmation, no mail confirmation. The first call for delivery was exactly at 10:11 am which was at the time I was busy on another call. When my wife called you back service person was very rude. I ask you who has given you right speak to my wife like that. You think you are a monopoly so you let your service boys run loose. Teach your service boys to be decent first, then think about running a venture.
This app is amazing! Hope you add Dominoes since they don't deliver to most places in Dibrugarh such as Chowkidinghee. Also hoping for Friend's Bakery to be added eventually But seriously keep up the good work guys. We can't let foreign companies like Zomato take over!

Please remove places that you dont serve. It's a waste of time and energy to fill all details, signup and order and then later get a call that you dont serve the area anymore. utter waste of time."
