Comments:

I've got several old style rads (haverland rcw) and so much easier than this awful replacement. The new rads isn't showing on the app so while it looks easy to program, ive still got to do it manually. There doesn't seem to be any over ride function as on the old rads. I don't want to use a programme function for a spare room radiator. I just want to turn it on, set the thermostat and turn it off again later. Not impressed

It works fantastic if you take a few mins to learn how to use the app, I had zero issues connecting and transferring the time table that you make. Its full of function! I think that the majority of the comments are from users that maybe haven't gone through the correct procedure. I still don't blame all of the users, the interface isn't to intuitive and the documentation/instructions, whilst pretty, could do with more text instructions particularly with connecting to the radiator.

Hi. You say in previous comments the heater does not need a PIN to connect with the app through Bluetooth to the phone. It does require a PIN because first you have to pair the heater with the phone in the phone's Bluetooth settings menu, and to do that it asks you for a pin and without taking that security step the phone will not find the heater in the search function in the app. Please can you provide the pin, 1234 and 0000 doesn't work. 2 stars would become 5 if it works. Thank you.

Utterly useless. Fails to find any radiators, even when held next to one. Attempting to connect using the phone BT function requires a PIN, which I don't have, but at least it proves the radiator is broadcasting on BT. Shame the actual app can't see the radiators at all. Was it even tested? Not recommended, nor can I recommend the actual radiators now, since their app is useless

Understand reason for frost setting being unchangeable. But why limit the moon and sun temperatures to ranges. Let them move with simple logic: Temp of : Frost < moon < sun Why is sun limited to 19 lowest? Thanks for reply....however I dont know why you cant have frost set at 7. Moon range 8 to 15 and sun range 16 to 25. Or to be more flexible any combination as long as moon is above frost temp but below sun and the Sun is above moon? I want to run my moon as a frost setting at about 13, then when in use sun go to 18...but currently the sun minimum is set too high. :('
