Swyft also has a vendor portal integrated in the app through which vendors can get real-time information on anything and everything about each order including confirmation tags when delivered, canceled, or if an order is undergoing reattempt. The vendor portal is easy-to-use and tailored for a smooth and efficient experience for the user. The vendor will upload the pickup plan initially. Following that, the plan will be available on your rider application, and you will pick the stock the vendor has ordered using Swyfts advanced QR scanning technology. After scanning and fetching the order, the status of the order will be simultaneously changed in the vendor portal. All of this will be done Swyftly so as not to delay any updates to vendors and keep true to Swyfts real-time tracking goal. Parcels will be allocated to you using a Zone-wise planning system. You will pick the stock from the Swyft warehouses and deliver them right at the customers doorstep. After a successful delivery, you will mark the specific order as Delivered which will quickly appear in the vendor portal as well. The rider will also request a digital signature to make sure the delivery is a successful one. If, however, the order is rejected, the rider will mark it as Reattempt or Cancelled appropriately and with a valid reason. Such orders will be stored safely back at Swyft warehouses and the vendors will be contacted again. Orders that are not marked as Delivered will be brought back and the appropriate vendors will be contacted to clear misunderstandings. The orders will be routed back to the designated routes in no time.
