Terrible app for phone. Phone app will not resize like everyone says, so you can't see the full screen. This makes it a useless app. On a tablet, it works better. Hyphen has a great marketing strategy, but terrible implementation of those ideas both on the app and on the desktop site. If you're a new contractor/builder, use a different product & don't pay the thousands of dollars they charge you & also charge your subs to use it, just so you can communicate with them Hyphen, fix your platform!
This app is unusable on my Note9. It automatically changes to landscape mode which is bad enough but I could probably live with that. The worst part is part of the screen is cut off on the right side....and I cant shrink it down or even slide it over. It is just cut off and inaccessible....on my giant Note9 screen.
Probably the most frustrating Construction Software out there. Can't zoom or resize the screen like everyone else is saying. Extremely irritating that CMs are supposed to use this as part of their everyday work and yet it's a terrible app that doesn't work like it should.
App freezes when opened. Doesn't work at all. Be nice to have in the field but Hyphen Solutions doesn't seem to want to make an attempt at fixing it.
App seems to be broken, can't zoom or scroll and when you try to login in it requests external authentication but gives no explanation or method to do so."
