Tech support lacking. I've got the paid version of the app and everything is grayed out. When I click on 'restore subscription,' it tells me that I already have one, and when I try clicking purchase instead, it gives me the same error message. I've contacted support several times, with varying levels of response from no response to am occasional email asking for more information, but months later and no resolution.
This app is so buggy. I wasted my money. I had to join a group from the web interface as it did not work on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Once I got it sorted, I had to log out on the app, then log back in to the app to see my group. I cannot bulk set commits for a week or month. I have to write them in each day which is not streamlined. Today all the members of the group I am in disappeared. Lots of work needs to be done. Wish I could get a refund!
Bought for the team aspect and it doesn't work. The two other team members can see what I write but I cannot see theirs through the app. I messaged support a month ago and still have not received a response.
Great idea, just way too basic. No commenting with the team, no notifications, literally nothing but inputting 3 commitments for the day. Might as well start a google doc with some friends.
Don't waste your money. The functionality is BASIC at best so is no better than using your phone or something like Wunderlist (which is awesome). I contacted them immediately for a refund and initially got a response but weeks later still no refund. Feels like a scam!"
