Use UptoPlay to play online the game Lidl ID checker.
With the Lidl ID Checker app, you can identify yourself digitally.
Once your contract has been signed (subscription or prepaid) you can carry out a verification of your identity through this application.

I can see why others don't like this... Took me a good 10 tries before it worked and I had the phone supported so it was rock steady, with the ID perfectly placed in good light... Aside from it being a bit of an insane requirement to have such a level of ID checking for a prepaid SIM, the app is just rubbish and the whole process was unnecessarily slow and annoying. If I hadn't already paid for the SIM, I wouldn't have bothered and would advise against others using Lidl connect too.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LIDL PREPAID CARD. This app does not work and you need it to use the prepaid card . I have tried to scan my ID 6 times without success and then it blocks. Besides, the Lidl's hotline has a bad quality. I spent around 2 hours to activate the card and exchanged around 12 emails with Lidl and Salt. Until now I have a problem with the card.
Doesn't work. On one device it crashes at launch, on the other it fails to read the QR code and the link in the email also fails.
Doesn't work at all. Crashes every time I want to open it after the 2nd screen. Rubbish. Can not recommend a lidl SIM as it's such a hassle if not to say impossible to activate it.
Not fit for purpose. Expect to scan your docs about 10 times and when finally something is accepted the app crashes after trying to take a photo of your face'
