While the lockers are useful, this app is unnecessary and only there so they can charge you for locker usage. I'd rather pick my parcels up at the mail office than pay to have it sit in a locker that I have run into so many issues accessing.
Can't login says my password is incorrect (which I doubt since I just registered) Asked to reset password, received an email which link doesn't bring me where to change password. Bad user experience so far.
Wont let me log in, won't send reset password email, when i can log in it freezes often. Just a bad app.

System is installed in apartment complexes without exoress permission of residents, effectively holding their parcels hostage. Australia Post offers a better, free service.'
