How does Ton's one-time membership fee work?

We have no monthly fee! You only pay the fee when you join one of the machines in a lending model, being entitled to the guarantee for the duration of our partnership.
Machine membership can be paid in cash or in up to 12 installments using your credit card. After this payment, there will be no fixed charge (rent) for the use of the machine.
Registration in the application is free and entitles you to use functions such as the payment link. You only pay the one-time fee if you choose to purchase a machine.


What is the delivery time for my machine?

The delivery time for our machines may vary according to the chosen model, being up to 7 working days for the T1 machine and up to 15 working days for the T2 and T3 machines. The prepaid card, if requested in the application, is sent separately and delivered within 20 working days.



Do I need a cell phone to make sales?

Only the T1 machine needs an Android or iOS cell phone, with bluetooth and internet connection to be able to carry out its sales, and the T2 and T3 machines do not need a cell phone to carry out sales.
You will need an Android or iOS cell phone with the Ton app installed to activate any of the machines, manage your sales, carry out transfers, among other features.


How will I receive the value of my sales?

The sales amount will be available in your wallet within the period chosen for receipt, which can be 1 business day, 14 days or 30 days, according to your preference.
After that, you can transfer to your registered bank account, free of charge, or to your prepaid card (only available to individuals).
Important: to transfer the available balance, the bank account must be the same as the CNPJ or CPF registered in the Ton application.
Types of bank accounts accepted for transfer:
Current Account (except salary account);
Savings account;
Joint Current Account;
Joint Savings Account.



How does my machine warranty work?

The warranty is unlimited and covers any technical problem or manufacturing damage. Defects caused by misuse or misuse of the player will not be covered by the warranty.

Can I choose the carrier for my SIM card?

Yup. When ordering your T2 or T3 machine, you can choose between Claro, Vivo or Tim operators.
