This app were mainly made for user that want to test the Code (BarCode / QRCode) Scanner which exist within the smartphone.

The app will do:

1. Scan the code and prompt user with the successful or unsuccessful code scanning
2. Simple form that user can use to details out the scanned code, with automatic date-time insertion.
