Kongsi Core - Community Organizer play online

KONGSI CORE is a community organizer applications. It can be applied for managing social action and community based development projects such as provision of meals for homeless, mental health support for refugees, delivering school kits for disadvantage children in remote islands and community based forest rehabilitation, bridge construction for connecting two villages in remote area etc.

Kongsi CORE is designed for a better team management and monitoring implementation activity in delivering development projects. Kongsi CORE supports for a more efficient way in pursuing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

KONGSI Cores vision is to connecting those who in needs and those who will support in an efficient way. KONGSI CORE is a platform for stakeholders to collaborate to ensure social action project is delivered in a high standard of transparency and accountability.

By KONGSI CORE, you can do:
1. Sharing responsibility; every organizer could be assigned to particular responsibility such as communication, operation, finance, etc. By default every member is a donor but you can set his/her roles to specific assignment for better team management.

2. Set action plan to ensure project delivered on time. Every organizer can do this. Then when it completed, you can mark it so other member get noticed that things have been done. Action is your implementation activity for delivering project outputs to donor and beneficiaries. Action is activity to deliver key performance indicators of your projects.

3. Sharing your action; you can share your experience on helping others to inspire others to do so or better.

4. Managing Event; you can create event(s) such appointment, meeting, celebration, party and D-day for your project delivery day. You can connect your teams and audience related to your actions and projects.

5. Tracking financial progress. Financial progress in term of commitment, received and disbursed (expense) could be tracked.

6. Reporting expense; every organizer is able to report his/her expense. So project expenditure could be easily managed.

7. Donor report; every single donor or sponsor be able to view all project information such as in term of funding, action and team.

8. Coordination; chatting and discussion for better project deliverable(s) (coming soon).
