Petable is a mobile app created by a team of veterinarians to help pet owners keep track of their pets health and well-being.
We know what your pets need and we created a platform that focuses on preventive medicine, with reminders and info so that you can keep up-to-date on a daily basis.
On Petable you have access to:
- A Pet Profile for each one of your pets, including all species, not just cats and dogs.
- Reminders for every event in your pets life: vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatments, vet appointments and more.
- A Timeline of your pets life where you will have the date of every event you add on the App.
- Connection to your vet clinic through our app. You can select different clinics for different pets. If you cant find it, let us know and we will add them to our network.

This has great potential to but has a several problems. I've seen the same problems in reviews from 2-5 years ago. I changed the units from kg to pounds, but when I try to track weight, it still shows kg. When I try to track food, half of the options are written in Portuguese, with no option to change it. Most importantly, I wish there was an option to set reminders, such as medications, food, and litter cleaning (which wouldn't need to go in the timeline as they're not events).
Not sure why a pet can only be associated with one vet? I'm not a huge fan of that. I just got a puppy and am setting him up at the local vet but also at a holistic vet that's further away but willing to partner with my local one. Then there's the emergency vet information to keep track of. As of now I'm still shopping around for similar apps that support more vet connections.
Should have an option to change weight measurement from kg to lbs, and should be able to delete an accidental weight. I didnt realize it was in kg and recorded the wrong weight. Weights should be deletable or editable if mistakes are made...
Doesn't work. I've added my pet 3 times and it says it's saving it then goes back to beginning and says add pet won't do anything. Need options for mixed breeds.
Okay if you treat it as a notebook for all your appointments/treatments. The layout is easy, user friendly and not overly complicated which is good. However, it doesn't send reminders even when they're set up so don't rely on it - you'll miss your appointment. Overall okay but nothing special, I keep it as a diary more than anything."
