Support response is appalling. I made a mistake when booking a ticket and it's absolutely impossible for anyone to respond. Contacted twice in the past 28 hours, no response. Is the 5 francs difference in price worth the massive drop in service? You can ask yourself this question before using.
Very buggy app. Support inexistent. Error pop-ups are quasi permanent. I've bought 2 tickets, linked them to cards and in result 1 card worked, and another not. Only with help of personnel of ski station, which was very kind of them, the problem was resolved by reissuing new card, and it took almost 45m in all
Zero customer support, if things go wrong (like ski lift is closed due to the weather) there is no even an option to get refund. Much better to buy the pass right on the slope
Nearly all info in app is incorrect. Most of the resorts you can just load on your SwissPass anyway.
