YesMeansYes - Yes-Means-Yes.org Supporting Affirmative Consent
We are a non-profit organization that supports and promotes requiring sexual partners to say YES, not saying NO is not enough.
This app makes it easy to confirm BOTH partners have consented and allows either partner to change their mind or report violations. We keep a record in case you ever need to retrieve it.
We are available for giving talks and presentations and accept tax deductible donations
FAQ:
We only store usernames (not REAL names), passwords and emails in encrypted salted formats.
We only store ONLINE the last 24 hours of consents, everything else is removed and taken offline for backup and security.
We will provide to you or law enforcement (with proper warrant or authorization) your record of consents or non-consents.
We do not verify email addresses (so if you choose you can remain completely anonymous) BUT you will not be able to retrieve your records or recover/delete/change your user without a valid email address.
Enjoy with UptoPlay the online game YesMeansYes.

Comments:
When they say no they really mean yes.
`Straightforward, but kind of clunky to use. Entering a name is fine, but I was thinking this would be used for a high school or college campus where it would be common for everyone to have the app. Just an idea: Make it so you can scan a QR on the other person's phone or something. Also, maybe a PIN number option? So somebody can't get your phone and put in a fake "consent"? I think it really needs to go along with a pilot program, get more feedback from students on campus. It's a good start!!`,The fact that we need this kimd of applications makes me sad. This should be a private stuff discussed in person. PERIOD! And that should be enough.
This app is going to blow up now that Australia has a verbal consent law'
