The app allows you to save a quick memo, that will be displayed as undissmissable push notification. That notification has top priority and wont go away on a simple accidental swipe, though you'll be able to drop it with either special button on the notification or from inside the app. Depending on privacy settings of your smartphone it'll show the memo on a locked screen, so you won't need to unlock a phone.
