Working Memory Training play online

ISMB Working Memory Training (available for smartphone/tablet and PC) has been designed to stimulate the cognitive functions most affected by ageing, such as processing speed, memory, and attention. The games are based on research findings which have shown that regular playing can lead to improvements in these functions due the brains plasticity. Generally, more training leads to better outcomes (up to a certain point). Knowing that, we designed the games in a way that gives you the most time-effective method of training, but there is nothing stopping you from playing more if you wish. On a final note, cognitive training is particularly effective if it is combined with regular physical exercise. Cardiovascular activity leads to better oxygenation and neuronal connectivity in the brain and can boost the effects of cognitive training.
