Receive Traces from different departments and convert them to Service Requests
Mark these Service Requests as Low, Medium or High Priority
Mark these Service Requests as resolved
View unresolved Service Requests in order of priority
Scan QR Codes of fixed assets to view unit information such as purchase date, warranty period, repair history, and others**
Create Purchase Requests from within the app**
Change the status of the Service Request from For Approval, Approved,
Disapproved, Pending, On-going, and Completed/Finished**
