LineBuzzer is a waitlist management service that eliminates the need for standing in lines by letting people claim a spot in a virtual line. This app saves visitors the frustration of waiting in line and helps businesses generate revenue by eliminating the discouraging image of long lines and increasing the amount of time visitors spend browsing.

Implementation is simple – just print out a custom image and allow guests to scan it with their smart phone’s QR Scanner. This automatically puts them in a virtual line and they’ll receive updates on their position in line via text, email, or the app. When the host is ready to handle the next visitor in line, the app will instantly notify the visitors just like a pager (minus the expense, hassle, and bulkiness of outfitting your location with a pager system). Visitors without smartphones can be in manually input into the virtual line by the host and be notified physically.

Linebuzzer is adaptable to any business or location that deals with physical lines.
