If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unusable, can't zoom in most times, can't play online the book, won't let me use the book without downloading. I don't understand when mentor, educate, and Folens can create functional apps for ebooks, edco can't.
It kept glitching from page to page, there's no highlighting or drawing, and it takes a long time loading from horizontal to vertical. It also takes a long time to get to the page I want, and it doesn't save the page when you exit the book or app. I personally find the app hard to manage. However, it made my bag so much lighter, but that is the only benefit.
I have difficulties logging in to the app with the correct log in details. It crashes numerous times as I try to scroll through the book shelf. There is an option to play online books to use offline on your device but I don't think it works even though it doesn't give you any error message. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Not loading bookshelf, so can't get past the login screen. It's great to get free access for my children's books during Covid-19. But I can't use my tablet to make the books accessible. Please can you fix this problem or make the books accessible online on a tablet instead of through an app.
We can't use the desktop version as it requires the app to view the books, but the app won't accept the passwords we have been assigned, when the desktop version does. Would of thought access would of been a bit easier due to the current situation. Useless app."
