LOAN RATES AND FEES
Loan Amounts: KES. 1,000- KES. 100,000. The amount to be disbursed is highly dependent on the credit viability of the recipient. This may not be in accordance to the listings of the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) but our credit scoring algorithm.

REPAYMENT PERIODS:
o\tFull repayment: Shortest (minimum) 90 days to longest (maximum) 365 days.

o\tOne can repay any time after borrowing. Our usual repayment period is monthly, Full Repayment however, is expected on the limits aforementioned. I.e. 90 days to 365 days from the day of Disbursement.

o\tA 30-day repayment moratorium is given to all returning users. Repay on time and build a positive credit history with us

o\tService Fee: One time, 0.5-2% of the principal. (Risk-based pricing)

INTEREST RATE (P.A): 16.5% - 36% these rates are highly dependent on the prevailing monetary policies (lending interest caps) Depending on the period taken to pay the loan. The earlier you pay the lower the interest charged. All interests are simple interests and not compounded.

ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR): Maximum Annual Percentage Rate of 36%

REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE:
For a loan of KES. 30,000 principal (P), and a repayment period (T) of 6 months, with an APR of 36%, a monthly repayment of KES. 5,900. Total Amount paid during the period will be KES.35, 400
Total Interest Charged = P X R X T
= 30,000 X 0.36 X 6/12= KES. 5,400
Total Amount to be re-paid = P + I (TOTAL INTEREST)
=30,000 + 5,400 = KES. 35,400
Monthly repayment Amount =35,400/6= KES. 5,900

ELIGIBILITY - Need to be at least 20 years of age.
- Person(s) should have a legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Miradi loans
