Play this online game named simPRO Mobile.

The Timesheet Module is the second exciting installment for simPRO Mobile. It is a fully featured timesheet solution and we are pleased to announce that this, and all other modules within simPRO Mobile are included with your existing simPRO Enterprise field licence.


The Timesheet module offers the convenience of real time recording, or retrospective timeblock creation for Quotes, Jobs and Activities in the field without the need to be scheduled or assigned! In addition, it provides technicians with the ability to Clock on & Clock off for the day and send these times, as well as total clocked hours for that day, to the timesheet in simPRO. Technicians can divide time worked as a percentage or hours against multiple cost centres chosen from any section in any job or quote, enter and modify work notes and activity notes, as well as duplicate time blocks for employees, plant and contractors. You are even able to schedule return visits for yourself sometime in the future if required.


For the first time, the search function allows retrieval by customer/site name or quote/job number. Quotes or jobs scheduled / assigned and due within the 91 day period (45 preceding and 45 following days) are accessible regardless of their stage or status - online or offline!

If you create time blocks with no internet connection, all data is queued and automatically sent back to simPRO when a stable internet connection is established.


Need to travel within a job to get parts? Want to charge for this travel? Don’t want to charge for travel? No problem, either way. Simply create a new time block, use the relevant billable schedule rate or the brand new non-billable schedule rates for travel, collect your part, stop your timer for travel, and start another time block for when you arrive back to your job! You can now travel to and from site whenever you want and decide if you want to bill this to your customer - all as part of your job! No longer are you limited to a travel activity!


Need to know where you will be working tomorrow? Where you have worked, or where you are working for the following week? View and edit your schedule, online or offline for the current week, the previous week and the following week with one touch using the convenient times report, and even resolve time conflicts in the field! You can also compare your scheduled hours to your worked hours using the bar graphs - online or offline!


The timesheet module offers the flexibility to take photos in the field or add high resolution photos from your own gallery and attach to a quote or job.


simPRO mobile also includes the Quote and Sales Module which offers the convenience of quote and job creation in the field (online or offline) as well as an aesthetically pleasing presentation mode where quote options appear with images and supporting materials. Wow your customers and win quotes on the spot, then seamlessly capture quote acceptance signatures. Sales staff and technicians are able to present multiple options from which customers can select fully tailored solutions in the field or choose to have the quote emailed to them for consideration at a later time.


Sales staff and technicians are, for the first time, fully equipped to offer memberships and add-on pricing that instantly influence quotes to offer cost savings. In addition to this, the Quote and Sales module is designed to operate completely offline after initial login. Techs are able to carry out work for an entire day, save up to 50 drafts, and upload to simPRO when an internet connection becomes available.
