They have a link to contact as well as their number and even social media, however they never reply and their tracking tells you nothing but in transit and that could be forever. At least other delivery apps lets you see on the map to where they are. There are too many to count bad reviews but still in business. I think they should be removed from google
I install it to review. Cus this logistics is the worst of all. Took 2 weeks to deliver LOCAL parcel? Tracker is not realible, it says for 4 days status is out for delivery and then delivery unsuccessful? HAHA I've received my other parcel from overseas for just only 7 days. So shame XDE logistics. You guys are not top logistics but a solid top for unrealiable, unresponsive cs, unconvenience services that's why you had so many bad review on fb page and some case you have a missing parcel. WORST
