The app is required to reserve your tram time to get to Johnson space center. Unfortunately, that feature doesn't work unless you are near the tram section at the space center. Which isn't indicated anywhere. We tried every section of the app looking for the tram info and could t find it so we gave up. After seeing the space center, we tried to get to the team and they had us pull up the app. It now showed the option for a tram time... 2.5 hours later...
For how smart the guys at NASA are, whoever had the GREAT idea of this app is an imbecil and should be fired upon. Its full of bugs, nothing works at all and the icing on the cake is the registration to be able to go and take the tour to see the saturn V which is literally impossible to achieve. What a disappointment with NASA. If i could give it - 5 stars i would. Makes us don't want to come back.
Downloaded to try the Augmented reality at the Mars site and the Saturn site as directed by the signs. But there is no AR option in the app at all. Also tried to make photos with the app but it cropped out about two-third of the area. Feedback is limited to two lines, so here is the public feedback.
I donloaded the app to use the augmented reality and it just doesn't work, Tried on 3 different phones and we couldn't make it work. Also tried to book a slot on the tram but no clue where to do so, it mentions go back and join the virtual line but no such thing like the virtual line. Useless app
AR works well on Galaxy S9. The trick is you have to give it permissions to access camera, etc. Otherwise you get the 1-star reviews of people who say it doesn't work."
