DESCRIPTION

Play this online game named ULFG2 App2Date.

We introduce ULFG2 App2Date! Currently available to all devices running Android 2.2 and above, App2Date will group all your needs as an ULFG2 student in one place!

Features: After connecting the application with your Facebook account and specifying your Semester and Specialty, you'll be able to benefit from:
- An address book of the committee people, just ask and they are always ready to answer;
- A calendar that covers main campus events, holidays and important dates;
- Every semester's courses, Midterm and Final schedules.
- The Orange Club ULFG2 official Page, plus the official Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering website, Facebook page and Twitter account links;
- Dropbox semester-specific folders that includes updates, books, programs and many more offered as free downloads, plus an Archive folder to access older updates (2012-2013 and before)
- Updates ordering: you can now order printed updates via the App2Date application that will be delivered to you, printed, as soon as possible;
- Your own profile including your Facebook name and profile photo.

Original concept: With the evolution of computers, playing a huge role in our community, we thought that merging technology with learning will be a great way to improve communication and collaboration on projects between students. We started with a Facebook group, providing updates and news concerning the university, courses, grades..., then expanded with Dropbox to provide online updates. Nowadays, we carry smartphones, devices that we rely on, not only to communicate, but to interact with rich contents, games and social medias. So why not integrate education with smartphones. So the idea of a mobile application started to emerge two years ago, and the development started in spring 2013. The application started to take place in late August, and was finalized in October.

Note 1: App2Date is only intended to be used by ULFG2's students, a one time password is required to use this application. It is provided by Orange Club delegates to you, fellow student.

Note 2: We value your Privacy, as no personal information is collected, App2Date will NOT control your Facebook profile and will not post on your behalf on your timeline, or your friends'. App2Date will NOT collect analytic data such as locations and sensitive information. App2Date will display ads in the Home page, that will NOT collect any data UNLESS it is clicked.

Note 3: The application is still in Beta state, you may experience errors and bugs. In case of any problem while using the application, you are free to contact me, the application developer, using the email provided or the 'Report Problem' button found in the About page.
