I would give it a negative rating if possible... The Upcast App does not work! It refuses to attach any of the 23 photos I've uploaded to my profile, and you can't submit to any castings without the photos! Options that they picture in the ad and videos on using the app simply don't exist at the bottom of the screen as depicted... and they dare to charge a monthly subscription fee for this garbage app! I get the regular emails directly from Casting Networks and other sites, don't need this....
Doesn't attach uploaded photos! Good app, quick customer service response but they need to fix this bug! My emails always get answered quickly, whenever I have concerns! Hope to continue to use it to submit for roles!
Easy to use and very thorough. Was able to load many pics and videos easily -- not true for other sites/apps! Was able to see and immediately apply for jobs. Thank you!
I used this app for 2 months, and only got 2 jobs. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now, I emailed them in april to cancel my account and they still haven't gotten back to me, this is June, they are still charging me. Also the app doesn't work on my android Samsung s9. this is scam to me, if no one responds to my email and they still charge me monthly fee. I don't need this anymore, can someone cancel my account and stop charging me monthly membership fee??
this app is easy to use and submitting for casting projects is simple & you can submit for casting work on the go with no problems . the membership fee is affordable & you are only charged once a month. you will have access to unlimited casting projects . this app is a great way to always stay updated on what casting projects are available . once you play online this app you wont have no regrets. working with film & production is a life time changing experience that you would not want to miss
