Thrice I tried contacting a doctor (Saturday morning, Friday morning between 10:30am to 1pm) and both the days no doctor was available. Free chat is useless...its a chat bot and after asking all the details it prompts to talk to a doctor. There is no way both the times when in need, I could reach a doctor. If doctors are available, it would have been better otherwise its a useless app.
Very good app made my life easier. Most of the times for normal health issues we dont visit doctor physically. We buy the medicines our own directly at medical shops with the help of shopkeeper. Which might be harmful and risk to our health. With this vidmed app it will be very easy and helpful to consult a doctor from home. In this covid pandemic situation this app helped me alot.
