Play this online game named Focal Length Converter.

Comparing a photography taken with a crop sensor to full frame does not necessarily yield the expected result. For instance, a Canon APS-C sensor has a crop factor of 1.6x. Using a 24mm lens on an APS-C sensor is actually like using a 38mm lens on a 35mm full frame sensor.

This application may help you chose the right lens for the job! In the app you select a sensor (w/ crop) and enter either full format or crop sensor focal length and hit a button to calculate the difference.
