After the animation wallpaper applied on my device and then i'm close the app (swipe up to close app).., the applied wallpaper is close as well and back to default wallpaper. My device is ROG Phone 2. [ Edit: I got the solution for ROG Phone 2. This device have super clean mode, and if u turned the super clean mode on it will make swipe off = force stop. So I choose the app list on the super clean mode then uncheck certain apps that I want to run on background.
