This application is designed to help students to identify careers that are suitable to them. The application asks students to take 3 tests. The first one asks questions that help to identify a students interest areas, and is based on the well-known Holland Code model (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holland_Codes) . The second test asks questions that help to understand the students personality. The third test identifies the students aptitudes on four dimensions Verbal, Mathematical, Logical & Reasoning and Creative. The tests contain 72, 44 and 40 questions respectively and are multiple-choice or Yes/No type. Based on the results of these three tests the application recommends careers that are suitable to the test-taker. The application has a database of 350+ careers from which it chooses and recommends careers to the test-taker. A 7 page reported is generated and is displayed to the student and also sent to their email address.

Students need to register to take the test. The information collected at the time of registration is Name, Date of Birth, School Name, Email address, Phone Number. A unique student ID is created for each student and can be used for future login. Login is also possible using the email address.

The application may be used either in a for-pay or free mode. In the free mode it will be delivered as part of our organisations outreach activities in career counselling.

The intended audience of the application is students of grade 9 and above in Indian schools. In the first version the application is available in English only. There are no ads in the application. The application is created by Nirmaan Organisation, a not-for-profit organisation based in Hyderabad, www.nirmaan.org
