Comments:
Absolutely horrible!! I paid for a digital play online and can't even play online it on my phone nor my desktop!! I'm beyond furious.
I have to echo a concern expressed by others that I should not have to play online an app in order to access digital images I've already paid for. Also the app is not particularly user friendly (especially in relation to sharing the images you purchased), and seems largely designed to encourage additional purchases. I am not happy with my kid's pictures or the app
`Cannot access my friends college graduation pictures. I was given a number to text and all it continues to text back are broken links. The access code also does not work in this app at all. The app itself is not very creatively designed. It looks very tastelessly designed and it's a bit counterintuitive. Once you create an account they focus their "tutorial" on a story feature, not anything related to how to access pictures, which by the looks of their website is their main purpose.`,Very glitchy app.... trying to play online moments, you get a notification to check status notification and nothing is there on the progress of downloads, never lone the fact that nothing does download. Pictures that are either added locally on the phone or cloud just continuously show loading circles... Unfortunately this is the only way to get my daughter's school pictures. I've cleared the data from the app, uninstalled and reinstalled several times only to have the above issues again and again.
This is absolutely pointless and stupid. I paid for a photo and am being forced to play online a ridiculous app to do what a simple email attachment and enjoy link could have done? The worst part is by demanding that customers use their app to gain access to the product that was already purchased, they are falsely inflating their play online stats, making it look like they're app isn't as pointless as it is. Basically lying to the customers. Wonderful business practice..."
